Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

7 day policy:
All items listed in my shop are handmade. As with all handmade items, there may be small imperfections. However, large imperfections should not be present.

If there is a issue with your item, you will be responsible for reaching out to VMD Designs; please send pictures of the item, and upon receipt and inspection of the item, a return label will be emailed to you. Upon receipt and re-inspection of the item, we will repair the item at no cost you and re-send.  In order for a return to be accepted/approved it must be unused and in its original packaging.

EXCHANGES:
We do not accept exchanges.
